Bicycle Power Trading wishes to formally clarify its current position regarding Saris Cycling Group.
Following the liquidation of Saris and the subsequent acquisition by CNA Global in 2022, the
Saris International has undergone significant structural and strategic changes. As part of this
transition, the brand’s focus has shifted away from international markets, including regions
previously supported by Bicycle Power Trading.
As a result, Bicycle Power Trading is no longer an active distributor of Saris products, including
their range of indoor trainers or bicycle racks.
For clarity, Bicycle Power Trading ceased receiving support or access to any Saris products in
2022, and have since then run down our inventory of supporting items. Since that time, our ability to source replacement components has been extremely limited. We have not been able to establish reliable access to spare parts through Saris International or its successors, which significantly restricts our capacity to provide repairs or part replacements.
Given these circumstances, Bicycle Power Trading has made the strategic decision to redirect our focus toward brands that can offer consistent product availability, long-term support, and reliable access to spare parts for our customers. This shift ensures that we can continue to
deliver the level of service, reliability, and after-sales support that our customers expect and deserve.
While we no longer distribute Saris products and cannot guarantee access to spare parts, Bicycle Power Trading remains committed to assisting customers to the best of our ability.
Where possible, we will continue to provide guidance, technical advice, and alternative support solutions, even in instances where specific replacement parts are no longer available through us. Our approach remains grounded in good faith, transparency, and honest communication.
To ensure we can continue supporting affected customers as effectively as possible, we are offering a 20% discount on Magene Indoor Trainers. As part of this process, older Saris trainers will be returned to us, and customers will receive the discount on new Magene Trainers.
