All Concept Speed hubs carry a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date.

You’ll need your original Proof of purchase and photos of the damage with a brief note on how it happened.
We assess your claim based on the information provided. Where required, Bicycle Power Trading may request the physical rim be returned for inspection before a replacement is authorised. Shipping costs for this are at the customer’s account.
Once your claim is authorised, Bicycle Power Trading will either rebuild the wheel directly or arrange for your authorised retailer to complete the rebuild. Applicable replacement contributions, shipping, and rebuild costs are payable before the replacement rim is released.
Register your Concept Speed product (complete wheelset or rim) within 30 days of purchase to unlock 12 months of coverage, no questions asked. You’ll need your proof of purchase from an authorised dealer.
