How To:

For inner tubes using a Schrader Valve:
  1. Remove the dust cap from your valve and deflate the air from your tyre then spin your wheel so your valve is between 9 and 12 o’clock position.
  2. Turn and pull up the plastic tube from the top of the bottle.
  3. Remove the black valve core remover tool from the top of the tube then remove your valve core from the valve stem. (Insert two-pronged tool into the top of Schrader valve and unscrew anti-clockwise to extract the core. Keep your valve core safe whilst filling!)
  4. Now fit the end of the filling tube onto the valve stem and with the bottle upside down, squeeze gently on bottle to dispense desired amount of sealant into the valve. Ensure sealant flows smoothly into the valve. (Fill the recommended amount for your inner tube using the dosage scale on the side of the bottle).
  5. Remove the filling tube from the valve and wipe away any sealant residue.
  6. Re-install valve core using the tool and tighten clockwise until tight then inflate the tyre to the desired pressure in accordance with your manufacturer’s recommendations.
  7. Give your wheel a spin and you're good to go!
For inner tubes using a Presta Valve:
  1. If you are filling No Puncture Hassle Inner tube sealant into a Presta valve you must first check if you have a removable valve core. (Not all Presta valve cores are removable).
  2. You can check your Presta valve has a removable core by identifying if the sides of the valve core have a flat edge. Presta valves with a non-removable core will not have the flat edges.
  3. If it does have flat edges you can remove the core by using a Presta valve core remover tool or a set of thin nose pliers to remove the core by unscrewing anti-clockwise until it comes loose out of the valve stem. Keep your valve core safe whilst filling!
  4. Now fit the end of the filling tube onto the valve stem and spin your wheel so that your valve is at the 6 o’clock position. With the bottle upside down, squeeze gently on bottle to dispense desired amount of sealant into the valve.
