Where are your offices?
Bicycle Power Trading is based in Johannesburg. Our physical address is Ground Floor, 353 Rivonia Boulevard, Cnr Rivonia Road & 10th Avenue.

What are the shipping / collection options?
Bicycle Power Trading offers customers three options for shipping / collection of goods:
1. To collect directly from Bicycle Power Trading offices, Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00;
2. Or to have the order couriered with Bicycle Power Trading’s preferred courier directly to customers home or business address, at a fee dependant on product packaging (this is calculated at checkout);
3. Or to have the order couriered with Bicycle Power Trading’s preferred courier directly to selected retailer (to be selected by the customer at checkout), delivery free of charge to the customer on orders over R2 000.00
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs vary per item and are dependent on the products packaging size, as well as the products weight. These costs are calculated during the checkout process.

How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
If an order has been placed online before 13:00 Monday - Friday, it will be dispatched same day. If an order has been placed online after 13:00 Monday - Friday, it will be dispatched the following day.
Where are your packages shipped from?
Bicycle Power Trading is based in Johannesburg, all items are shipped from our office and warehouse in Rivonia, Johannesburg.
Do you ship packages internationally?
Product dependant, we can ship internationally. Please send us an email with the product you require, as well as where you need the product to be shipped to. If we can assist, we will respond with a quote. You can email us on info@bicyclepower.co.za
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment via card (VISA and Mastercard), finance options as mentioned below and EFT.
If I pay via EFT, where do I send my proof of payment to?
Do you offer finance on products?
Finance is offered on products valued greater than R15 000.00 incl VAT. This is an offering through Mobi-Cred and our other partner finance houses; Yonda and I-Me Finance.
